Cucumber Black Pepper - A savoury treat of slightly sweet and salty cucumber. Made interesting by the addition of crushed black pepper corns.

Cherry Thyme - Sweet and savoury! Made from 100% rescued Summerland cherries, full of sweetness with a bold, big finish of fresh thyme. Summer in a glass.

Black Currant - Bright, tart flavour and bold body best describe this shrub. A touch of red wine is used to bring out the tannins of the fruit skins and give the shrub its natural rich taste.
Note: Alcoholic content of this shrub concentrate is 1.1% ABV
