Bright flavours of fresh Fraser Valley rhubarb give this shrub it’s unique bright flavour and light body. Hibiscus flowers are added to add an essence of cranberry tang and give this shrub its signature ruby hue.

Pairs with: Aperol and Vodka. Mix with soda and bitters for an adult mocktail.
