Made from rescued, local BC quince fruit. The flavour is sweet and light, pear meets aromatic apple, with a hint of elderflower. Limited release each year, by far the most unique shrub we make.

Shake gently before using. Refrigerate after opening. Our shrubs have a best before date of 12 months from production date.

Pairs with: Gin or tequila. Beautiful mixed with another citrus element in a mocktail.
