Bright, tart flavour and bold body best describe this shrub. A touch of red wine is used to bring out the tannins of the fruit skins and give the shrub its natural rich taste.

Note: Alcoholic content of this shrub concentrate is 1.1% ABV

Pairs with: Gin, vodka and prosecco. Use sparingly, mix well with lots of soda and ice.
