Full of the sweetness of Okanagan spartan apples. Mixed with Pacific Northwest Coast salal berries whose flavour could be described as ‘blueberry meets concord grape’. Aromatic, with notes of juniper.
Quantity:
Shake gently before using. Refrigerate after opening. Our shrubs have a best before date of 12 months from production date.
Pairs with: Gin and Prosecco. Mix with blueberry juice and ice for refreshing mocktail.
